Erin Weeks - Owner + Head Trainer

Growing up I had always been involved in competitive sports (soccer, basketball, volleyball, dodgeball and snowboarding) whether it’d be playing or coaching, but it wasn’t until I began studying in the health and wellness industry that I truly understood how important it is to live an active life. My journey began in 2008, when I started my degree in Physical Education at Grande Prairie Regional College, later graduation at the University of Alberta and than in 2013 I became a CSEP Certified Personal Trainer. Health and fitness has become my passion and I strongly believe in the necessity for an active lifestyle, encompassing a balance of all the compulsory components of fitness. Over the years, it has given me great satisfaction to pass along my existing knowledge and enthusiasm with the highest standard of service, safety and professionalism to those wanting to adopt a lifestyle of physical and mental well-being. In 2015, my whole world changed; I became a Mother to my first born Kase who is spunky, fun and full of energy! And in 2018, my second son Beau who is Mr. Blue Eyed + always smiling. Having gone through the physical changes of pregnancy and post partum was really eye opening for me as a trainer. I became my heaviest and I was not overly happy with the way I looked in ANYTHING. However, I didn't let that stop me from sharing my passion. I decided to become more knowledgeable and focus my passion towards moms by offering Mommy and Me Bootcamps to the community. I have come a long way in my journey and I am grateful to be able to extend my passion to others! No matter where your journey might be I hope I can help!

Erin Atkinson Jubb 39 years old and the mother of 2 teen boys.
Born and raised in Grande Prairie Alberta.
Erin is passionate about health and fitness. Erin believes that body movement and maintaing good mental health are key to longevity and overall health and happiness. That is why POUND fitness is a perfect fit in Erin's tool box of talents! POUND encompasses all aspects of health in one high energy Super fun Rockout Workout.

Pound is great for all ages and levels of ability.
Erin has been teaching POUND fitness for 5 years.
Her background is in Mental health and working with youth.
She loves the outdoors spending most her free time hiking, fishing, paddle boarding or walking her dogs.
If you don't see her Sweating in POUND class you can catch her practicing yoga, volunteering in the community, or adventuring with her boys!!
Sam Edgar - Yoga Instructor

Sam happened upon yoga 5 years ago + hasn't looked back since! Life gets busy + it is easy to get swept up in taking care of others + yoga became that grounding force to push her back into focusing on taking care of herself. Sam completed her 200hr YTT in 2019 + has been consistently teaching since, accumulating over 600 teaching hours getting her closer to her E-RYT goal. She has a deep passion for keeping to yogic roots + making yoga accessible to all her students while still keeping classes relatable + fun.
Nell Martell - Yoga Instructor

An experienced Yoga Instructor (200hr YTT) with a deep love for slow purposeful movement. Her flows are orchestrated specifically for the journey of listening rather than ordering; asking instead of telling your body what to do. Passionate about meditation + breath + how these tools can empower you in the moments you feel powerless.
Jazmyn Guerin - Yoga Instructor

Born and raised in Grande Prairie, I have been immersed in the health and wellness world since a very young age. I've been raising my family in Sexsmith for the past 6 years, being a mom to my two wild boys sparked a deeper appreciation for health and fitness in our everyday lives. I fell in love with yoga and decided I wanted to take the yoga teacher training course in 2017 ~ it changed my life and guided me into a career that I LOVE. I have a passion for yoga and incorporate moving and grooving, fun playlists, essential oils, and meditation into my practice. My teaching style is very laid back and fun, classes are adaptable and made for everybody. I am very excited to join the Embrace It Fitness family and connect more with the community here in Sexsmith ~ I can’t wait to move with you!
Teale Coulombe - Trainer + Fitness Instructor

When she isn’t bringing the energy in our classes, she is coaching others online. Teale is the owner + creator of WomanUp Fitness - a subscription site designed for the every day busy woman.
Her main focus is to eliminate competition + embrace body positivity + camaraderie within her group. It is her mission to help women find their strength while ditching the mentality that “perfection” exists.
In a world where the focus is to become smaller, Teale is helping women become bigger, bolder and stronger versions of themselves.
