Policies + Procedures

REFUND POLICY: Erin Weeks Fitness does not provide refunds. All orders, purchases, and/or registrations (including, but not limited to, payments, memberships, programs, classes, merchandise, equipment, clothing, and products) are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be cancelled.

MEDICAL POLICY: In the event a member is unable to complete the program(s) due to a medical condition/reason, the member may submit a signed medical doctor’s note stating that he/she is unable to continue to take the program(s) due to their medical circumstance. A credit for the remainder of the class(es) will be approved to use when both the member and their doctor see the member fit to return.

WEATHER POLICY: Classes will be Rain or shine, hot or cold, all classes will run as scheduled. Only under extreme weather circumstances at the location and during the time of the affected class will the class be cancelled. A possible makeup class will be issued at the discretion of the Trainer.
