A Class Designed Specially for Moms and Babies!
This workout is designed to help you re-energize, tone muscle and lose baby inches while considering the needs of a postpartum and/or breastfeeding mother. In weeks you'll have more energy, more flexibility, and feel lean, strong and confident. And you get to have FUN with your baby while doing it!
Oh Sh**t, HITT w/ Erin :
Oh, Sh**t is right! This HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout is a total-body routine that will work to strengthen your quads, glutes, hamstrings, chest, arms, shoulders, + core while also improving your stability + muscular endurance. Complete exercises quickly transitioning between different exercises with little rest to keep your heart rate elevated throughout.
Lunch Power Hour w/ Erin:
Need to get moving during your lunch break? Then this class is the class for you. We will focus on strength + conditioning, involving upper + lower body functional training exercises using various equipment. We want to keep you guessing + challenge you differently with every class!
POUND w/ Erin A.:
Rockout + Workout - what could be better? Pound is a cardio jam session inspired by the energizing, infectious, sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums! The class consists of drumming, cardio + strength training. Throw in some yoga + Pilates, + it becomes a jam session that rocks the body and mind.
Morning Flow w/ Jaz:
Rise + shine with a wonderful morning flow yoga class, full of poses + transitions that will help build strength in your legs, arms + core, as well as improve flexibility and range of motion. Bring energy to the body + rejuvenate the nervous system with vitality + power that will stay with you for the rest of your day.
Yoga Flow w/ Nell:
Flow Yoga is geared specifically for those new to yoga or those who are interested in a gentle practice. This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, + flexibility. Each class will end with an extended period of relaxation. This class is appropriate for anyone of any age, shape or size. No experience or flexibility required + great for seniors!
Total Body Circuit w/ Erin :
That’s right! TOTAL BODY CIRCUIT. A workout that targets every muscle in your body with dynamic compound exercises as well as muscle-specific moves. You'll perform each exercise, one after the other, for one complete circuit for an efficient fun workout!
Yoga Nidra w/ Guided Meditation w/ Nell:
In a world of chronic exhaustion + over stimulation, Yoga Nidra is a method that is intended to induce full body relaxation, bringing about an incredible calmness, quietness + clarity to the physical body + mind. Yoga Nidra, also known as “yogic sleep,” is a deep meditation that uses a variety of techniques—including guided imagery + body scanning—to aid relaxation + offer balance + healing in the body + mind. You can expect to leave the practice feeling restored + rejuvenated. This practice is for all levels of yogis.
Movement + Meditation w/ Sam:
This class is soft + intuitive. Guide yourself through gentle yet powerful movements that help you soften + center. Combining simple yoga poses with meditation to nourish both body + spirit. Come to class + leave feeling like you've spent the day at a luxurious spa.
CHILL Flow w/ Sam:
CHILLflow is a vinyasa based class but it moves a bit slower offering time to explore the poses + how they best feel for you as well as having time to go through modifications for each pose. Each class will offer a challenge, although it may not strictly be a physical type of challenge, as we move through postures, breathing, + meditation.
WomanUP “FULL BODY DRAMA” w/ Teale:
Don’t be dramatic, you know you can!
Full body drama is a unique 60 min class targeting all major muscle groups. Although the main focus is strength & HIIT intervals, you never know what you’re gonna get. It only takes one hour to change both your mood, and your confidence.
This class can be taught in two different ways, as a circuit, or as a large group with the same exercises. All exercises can be modified or amplified depending on the needs of the guest.
