Kids Yoga Series
This 45 minute class is for children 7-11 years old. Children will work on their strength, balance attention + coordination through fun yoga sequences + games. We will discuss stress + how it feels in the body + the actions we can take to help build self-esteem in a non-competitive environment. They will also learn about self-love + the importance of showing kindness to others. Mats are provided.

LEARN TO LIFT
Learn proper lifting technique, proper form, injury prevention, + more in this small-group style personal training series! With a limited number of people in class, our certified personal trainer, Erin will guide you through the basics of lifting focusing on technique, safety, progressions + having fun while lifting! Expect instruction on the core lifts: squats, deadlifts, lunges, bench press, pull-ups, overhead press + rows. Whether you’re looking to increase your lifting know-how, boost your confidence in the gym, or perfect your lifting technique this class will help you get there!
