This 45 minute class is for children 7-11 years old. Children  will work on their strength, balance attention + coordination through fun yoga sequences + games. We will discuss stress + how it feels in the body + the actions we can take to help build self-esteem in a non-competitive environment. They will also learn about self-love + the importance of showing kindness to others. Mats are provided.

Zen for Men Yoga

A beginners style introduction to yoga, is designed to lengthen your muscles, identify + build strength in weaker areas, prevent injury + pro-long your fitness activities. You will also learn stress relieving mindful techniques to calm the nervous system. This class is ideal if you’re new to yoga, perhaps you are injured and/or prefer a class catered specifically to Men’s needs. We gradually developing flexibility for the inflexible, strength + balance.

LEARN TO LIFT

Learn proper lifting technique, proper form, injury prevention, + more in this small-group style personal training series! With a limited number of people in class, our certified personal trainer, Erin will guide you through the basics of lifting focusing on technique, safety, progressions + having fun while lifting! Expect instruction on the core lifts: squats, deadlifts, lunges, bench press, pull-ups, overhead press + rows. Whether you’re looking to increase your lifting know-how, boost your confidence in the gym, or perfect your lifting technique this class will help you get there!
